Disclaimer: During the measurement and analysis phases of the study, data collected on the NIST-Fab is to be used for the purposes of the study only. It should not be publicly used for any other case studies or comparability exercises. All anonymized data from the study will also eventually be made publicly available to the community at large after the study is complete. For a complete disclaimer, see the page “Public Presentation of Data

Suggested External Presentation Guidelines: The goal is to present a unified consensus of the study’s impact. Until the first publication, we ask that a presenter consider giving all partners 2 weeks to review slides related to this study. Data Release 3: May 2018

1) Please read the following tutorial slide deck, prepared by Dr. Frank Delaglio. This will orient each user to the data.

nistmab_study1_release3_v3.pptx

This third  version of the 1H / 13C  spectra, Data Release 3, supersedes the previous release. This new release contains (A) Data and scripts are updated to use the new DSS chemical shift calibration scheme; and (B) includes use of a new baseline correction method via IST. The method is slow compared to conventional correction, but it seems to improve many of the spectra. In addition, The presentation also has been updated to note the new calibration and processing details, and all the spectral graphics and animations have been updated accordingly.

2) Data Package. Data Release 3. The size of the file is 4 GB. You will get a preview error but can still download the data package.

               - All 1H,15N and 1H,13C raw data

               - Scripts for processing 1H,13C spectra

               - Scripts for spectral processing of 1H,15N are still in development
