All completed forms must be sent to NAPT according to the protocol set up by NAPT using Microsoft OneDrive.

1) Master_V2.xlsm Asides from your raw data, this is the most important file you will generate. It will be used by NAPT for data conversion to NMRPipe format. NIST will not receive this form. See the NMR study documentation for more details.

2) FORM A Instrumentation Survey V3.pdf The purpose of this survey is to catalog the equipment used in this interlaboratory study.

3) FORM B Authorship and Acknowledgement Form.docx Please provide a list of authors and acknowledgements.
