Profile

Res. Associate Professor at the U. Delaware. Guest Researcher at the NIST Center for Neutron Research since 2016. Expertise in neutron scattering and crystallographic techniques for Structural Biology and Soft Matter. 25+ years of experience at x-ray and neutron large scale facilities. Committed to educating the next generation of neutron users, development of SANS sample environment to explore new frontiers in scattering experiments. Interested in studies of:

  • protein stability (e.g. monoclonal antibodies, LNPs, AAVs),

  • in-situ studies of freeze-dry effects on formulations,

  • in-situ SANS studies of pressure-activated accelerated degradation, phase transitions and self-asssembly

  • applications of neutrons to food studies.
