The Day to Serve program, an initiative declared by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, encourages all Marylanders to choose at least one day between September 11th and October 31st to participate in or host a volunteer activity. Please join IBBR as we organize a campus clean-up to pick up trash and clean-up the wetlands, ponds and perimeter woods.
Wednesday, October 14th | 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Social distancing measures will be in place!
Masks are required!
Gloves/trash bags will be provided!
If you are unable to join us at IBBR, please consider cleaning up your neighborhood or local park and share your experience and photos with us. We will be sure to include them in our Day to Serve communications.

University of Maryland employees will be eligible for up to four hours of paid administrative leave for service performed as part of this program. Please contact your supervisor for approval. For more volunteer opportunities, please visit the Day to Serve map periodically, as events will continue to be added.
