Operational	Microscope is available for data collection (if any problems remain that limit use these will be listed)
Running with issues	Microscope is available but some functions are limited
Recovering	Microscope is unavailable for data collection but is generally expected to be back up within several days (this includes regular maintenance). In particular, "cryocycle" is a regular occurrence once every 2-3 weeks.
Down	Microscope is down and timeline of return to service is unknown (expected resolution, if provided, is only an estimate)
